Turqoa provides an AI-native security decision platform for ports, terminals, and maritime operations. Our Services include gate automation, terminal surveillance, drone-assisted verification, maritime threat detection, and related command and audit capabilities.

- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Access to the Turqoa platform is governed by individual enterprise agreements that supersede these general terms where applicable. Enterprise agreements define specific service levels, data processing terms, support obligations, and liability provisions.

All content, features, and functionality of the Turqoa platform — including software, algorithms, models, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by Turqoa and protected by international intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turqoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
